OUR REPORTS are a mixture of check off lists and narrative explainations which gives us the maximum flexibility to present you twith he information you need the way you need it. The check off section gives you a quick scan of possible issues. The narratives, along with included photos, give you the detail you need to evaluate the issue, and a summary of the issues found at the end of the report gives you a concise list of items which you can forward to the seller to be addressed. It's the best of all worlds!
