We have designed this web site to help inform you about our services and about home and commercial inspections in general. 

In many areas there are no regulated standards of practice for home inspectors so each company can somewhat do as they wish. That's why it's important to hire an inspector who is a member of an established professional association with a sound standard of practice and a clear code of ethics for it's members.

Remember, membership in professional associations cost the inspection company time and money. A good professional association requires it's members to perform continuing education related to the field, attend meetings in their area to keep abreast of local issues, and oversee the on-going performance of their members.  We believe that it's an investment well spent. Of course, that also means that the inspector will not be the least costly to be found in the area.
