WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO ATTEND THE INSPECTION    

Information about the care and repair of our home is a valuable part of your home inspection. Many times during your home inspection information may be gained which may not show up on the report. Questions about the expected service lives of components in your new home, maintenance items and expected future repairs can be answered. When you accompany us on your inspection, we can answer your particular questions and you receive first hand information.

WHAT IF I CAN'T BE THERE ?                                            

We understand that there are times when it's just not possible to be participate in the inspection. We try to include as many pertinent items of informations as we reasonable can concerning what we observe. Remember that we are used to seeing items which are common to us and may be considered to be typical conditions or cosmetic and you may not be familiar with the conditions in this part of the country. Although we attempt to consider this in our inspections, we can not determine your level of experience or knowledge. Please contact us with any questions that you may have either before or after your inspection. We are here to help!

CUSTOMER SUPPORT                                                        

We provide inspections appointments daily and deliver a computerized report at the end of the inspection which can then be reviewed on the spot. 

For customers who may be out of town and not able to attend the inspection, we can provide the report on a secured website. We offer extensive email and phone support for your post inspection concerns or questions.
